Q: How many persons may I book per vehicle at a time?

A: All sedans are Lincoln Towncar, the largest, most luxury American sedan, so each can take up to 4 customers with reasonable luggage. The Lincoln Navigator's (SUV) can take more customers or extra luggage, and they are available by advance request only for an extra fee of $30 per local trip.

Q: Where do I meet my driver when arriving at PDX ?

A: All reserved vehicles will be outside the terminal, at baggage claim level (ground level), at the area called "Reserved Vehicles", last sidewalk out (by the glass wall of the garage structure). Your vehicle will have a sign with your last name. If you require in advance a "Meet & Greet" service somebody will meet the traveling person/s with a sign by the baggage claim carousel and the service fee for "Meet & Greet" is $30.

Q: What info do you need for a reservation?

A: To make a reservation we need the pickup address, date, and time, number of passengers traveling with us, and their destination (including required stops or detours on the way). For a reservation from the airport we also need the flight number, last city of departure before arriving to PDX, and scheduled time of arrival. We need a phone number where we can find you if we have any questions or concerns (a cell phone)

Q: Do you have a minimum advance notice for reservations and/or cancellations ?

A: By live phone call minimum for both is 2 hours. No reservation or cancellation is considered done by phone message !  Reservations and/or cancellations by email have to be done at least 24 hours ahead and will be considered done only upon our confirmation, so please be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached.
