By e-mail: at least 24 hours in advance, e-mail us to "bookme@elitepdx.com"

If trip originates at PDX we need:

• Name of traveling person /s

• Date and day of the week

• Airline you arrive on and Flight number

• Last city of departure, before arriving PDX

• Number of passengers that will use ELITE

• Destination/Details if car is needed for longer time, split destinations, return to PDX, etc.

• Phone number and name for confirmation

If trip originates somewhere else we need:

• Name of passenger/s and full pick up address

• Date and day of the week

• Time the pick-up is needed

• Destination / Details if car is needed for longer time, split destinations, additional stops, etc.

• Phone number and name for confirmation

By FAX: at (503) 626-4387 To: ELITE Executive Sedan Attn. : FR at least 24 hours in advance. we will need the same information as for an e-mail reservation.

By phone: at (503) 626-7038, The fastest way to make a reservation and to have answers to any question /s you may have. Minimum notice required only 5 hours, and we might be able to accommodate your request on an even shorter notice.
