May I pay with a Credit
Card? Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American
Express
How many persons may I
book per vehicle at a time? All the vehicles are
Lincoln Towncar, the largest, most luxury American sedan, so each
vehicle can take up to 4 customers with reasonable luggage.
Where do I meet my driver when
arriving at PDX ? Due to security
restrictions the driver can no longer meet you inside the terminal.
After retrieving your luggage please walk outside the terminal at
ground level (baggage claim level) and cross all the drive lanes.
Your car will be waiting in the Reserved Vehicles Area (area 5).
Time allowed for vehicle there is limited so please have our phone

What if my plane is late/early
arriving at PDX ? Do not worry,
we monitor the flight number you gave us, so your driver will be
there.
Once I made my reservation do I
need to call you again? You only need
to call us if you change the flight number, or the trip/time you
need our
service for. (back to

Do you have a minimum advance
notice required for reservations? Reservations made by e-mail
or FAX require at least 24 hours notice and a
phone number where you
can be reached.
Reservations made live by phone require at least 5 hours
notice. We will try to
accommodate less notice time whenever possible, but only if trip is
called in by phone.
What is the minimum time
notice for cancellation or changes to the reserved
trip/s? Cancellations and
changes have to be CALLED IN at least 3 hours prior to the
scheduled
pick-up time, and have to be BY LIVE PHONE CALL.
Cancellations and/or changes will not be considered if made by FAX, e-mail, or
message on answering services. Trips not canceled / changed at least
3 hours prior to the original
scheduled pick-up time are subject to charge as done trips.

What if I travel with children
requiring a car child seat? You have to provide the
child seat yourself, after all it will be more likely required on the plane
as well...
